Why i made it my mission to help you navigate change
“I have made it my mission to help others navigate change and discover the possibilities of transformation.
My goal is to guide individuals and leaders to design and implement changes that don't just succeed but create lasting impact.”
There was a season of my life where everything shifted at once. Loss. Family transitions. Moving and starting over in a new area of the country.
And through all of it, I was earning my doctorate in Organizational Change and Leadership. I didn't plan it that way, but looking back, I realized how much I learned during that time.
Living change from the inside out gave me something no degree alone ever could—a deep, personal understanding of what it costs to go through transformation, and what it takes to come out the other side. That's what I bring to every person and every leader I work with.
I believe every transition holds the potential for something better. My mission is to help people navigate change with intention—building resilience, finding clarity, and stepping into the next chapter of their lives and careers with confidence.
Navigating change is one of our greatest challenges. Change strategy coaching should be accessible to all individuals and leaders.
My pricing model reflects the financial realities of today, and Change Design Collective also offers pro bono opportunities.
I work with you as a true partner—taking the time to understand your story, your strengths, and what's holding you back.
Together, we use proven approaches tailored to your unique situation to help you move forward in a way that feels right for you.
Change is rarely simple—especially when every decision carries both personal and practical weight.
With twenty years of experience, I'm here to help you navigate that with clarity and confidence.
We'll work together to understand what's really holding you back, create a realistic roadmap that fits your life and goals, and build the resilience to move forward in a way that feels true to who you are.
With 20 years of experience developing leaders and individuals, I know that change is rarely simple — but with the right guidance, it can be transformative.
My approach blends rigorous research, rooted in a Doctorate in Organizational Change and Leadership from USC, with the proven framework of Intentional Change Theory. The result is a human-centered approach that meets you where you are at and helps you actually embrace what's next — not just survive it.
