Why i made it my mission to help you navigate change
“I have made it my mission to help others navigate change and discover the possibilities of transformation.
My goal is to guide leaders to design and implement changes that don't just succeed but create lasting impact.”
There was a season of my life where everything shifted at once. Loss. Family transitions. Moving and starting over in a new area of the country.
And through all of it, I was earning my doctorate in Organizational Change and Leadership. I didn't plan it that way, but looking back, I realized how much I learned during that time.
Living change from the inside out gave me something no degree alone ever could—a deep, personal understanding of what it costs to lead through transformation while living through it yourself. I know what it's like to hold steady for others when your own ground is shifting. That's what I bring to every leader I work with.
I believe every transition holds the potential for something better. I help leaders navigate change with intention—building the resilience, clarity, and confidence to guide their teams through what's next.
I led change inside large corporations — global initiatives, high stakes — and earned a doctorate in Organizational Change and Leadership along the way. I founded Change Design Collective to bring that corporate-scale experience directly to growing organizations, working with them personally. The person on your intro call is the person in every room, start to finish.
Change never holds when it’s done to people — only when it’s made with them. My work isn’t handing you a plan. It’s creating the spaces where your people can talk honestly, connect across the divides, and build the change together. That shared ownership is what makes it last. The collective is your people, doing the work together — I create the space for it.
My approach pairs the rigor of doctoral-level research in Organizational Change and Leadership (USC) with the discipline of a Prosci-certified change practitioner — and is sharpened by speaking and facilitating global sessions on change. I draw on both what the research shows and what actually holds up in practice.
The result is grounded guidance that turns insight into action — meeting you where you are and helping you and your team embrace what's next.
Change is rarely simple—especially when every decision carries weight for you and for everyone looking to you to lead.
With twenty years of experience, I'm here to help you navigate that with clarity and confidence.
We'll work together to understand what's really holding you back, create a realistic roadmap that fits your organization and your goals, and build the resilience to lead through change in a way that feels true to who you are.
